About creating a new prog-language as wxPython

Hello, boys.

I am interested in incorporate a new language in wxFormBuilder or VisualWx;
so I can build an interface (form) in wxFormBuilder or VisualWx, and export
to a new-language different of Python, Lua and C.

But also I want something so as wxPython --an interpreter (I think) that
can "read" an execute code written by me in that new language, think in
Fortran.

This way I will construct an "interpreter" (as wxLuaFreeze), may be
wxFortran (this does not exist and is only an example I am saying).

A colleague says me that I could see wxPython sources. I need a guidance
for creating an interpreter for a new prog-language. Can you say me
something?
