It contains only the pubsub package source. I remember you wanted to pull
from it once you had phoenix on github, let me know if it works for you as
setup now.

I did some work on Sphinx doc for wx.lib.ogl and noticed that there are
some errors in wx.lib.pubsub.

Things like (all errors attached):
D:\devTools\Phoenix\docs\sphinx\lib.pubsub.core.callables.txt:33: ERROR:
Unknown target name: "callable".
D:\devTools\Phoenix\docs\sphinx\lib.pubsub.core.callables.txt:71: ERROR:
Unknown target name: "callable".

I should find some time in a week or so to work on correcting these.
